Haritaki is one of the main ingredients in Triphala, where it acts on removing and eliminating excessive Vata. Known as one of the best herbs in Ayurveda, it is rejuvenating for Vata, regulating for Kapha and only aggravates Pitta if used in excess. It regulates the colon and based on the dose can balance both constipation and diarrhoea. Known to increase intelligence and wisdom

Ingredients.

Each 500 mg capsule contains powders of Haritaki (Chebulic Myrobalan)
