A 100% organic, herbal infusion to help regulate the elimination of water. Can be taken regularly for healthy water balance or can be drunk every half an hour in acute circumstances. Formula created by Farida Sharan.
Use one cup of boiling water per teaspoon of herbs. Pour over and leave to infuse for at least 12 minutes. Honey can be added to taste.
Do not take in pregnancy.
