Mix with just enough water to create a paste. Roll into a 'cigar' shape about 1/2 to 3/4 cm thick, and place inside a single layer of cheesecloth. Place on the gum area overnight. Continue until you achieve desired results. You can do this in cycles of one week on and one week off.
